      Katzer Construction Consulting, Inc. (KCCI) is a woman owned small business based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  KCCI provides reliable Project Management, Thermal Imaging Cx Testing and Site Investigation-testing services at competative rates.  KCCI is a regional based company providing result driven services in the west and mid-western U.S.  KCCI was established in 2001 as a general contracting and consulting service company.  In 2005 was reformed as construction consulting and building commissioning-testing company to provide a full range of development and building commissioning Cx/RCx services.  Kathy and Dan Katzer are principals with the desire to provide top notch service for each and every client we serve.   Kathy is a former Dun & Bradstreet corporate administrator with over 20 years of project administrative experience.  Dan has over 25 years of commercial and institutional building development project management and field testing management experience.  Dan's combined field experience, education (Degrees: AAS Architecture, BS Business and MS Engineering Technology) and professional qualifications in technology, systems and analysis methodology provides clients with overall depth and rigor needed for best project outcome.

      KCCI also teams with qualified professional architectural-engineering, commissioning and contracting firms having extensive experience, as well as SDVOB and SBA certifications.  KCCI and its teaming partners provide a integrated deliverable.  A well orchestrated team approach provides: unified commitment, shared expectations, greater problem solving with diverse team skill sets and reduction in redundancies that potentially impact costs and schedules.
